Long has Sir Stubbs wandered the countryside proffering his oddly unique talent in exchange for fish and other delicacies. Sir Stubbs is no ordinary cat, for he is possessed with the unique ability to scry upon any named monarch at will. For the right price, he will do so for anyone and describe to them exactly what the monarch is doing at the moment—although the accuracy of the description may depend on the nature of the offering.

0 charges. A plump tabby cat who can scry upon any named monarch at will and describe what they are doing to the asker. Recharge: feed the cat a fish (the accuracy of the description depends on the deliciousness of the fish).
